by Scott Appleton

If you lived in a culture where the young man had to wrestle magic trees in order to prove his worth to the father, and build a home for his new bride...

More TV news: Two Fav Shows Cancelled

Bummer. Two of my favorite shows have been axed: "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and "The Unusuals."

Check Ausiello's cheat sheet at EW.com for the latest.

I have to stop reading the entertainment news. It makes me sad. :(

"Grey’s" Rocks!

I watched the "Grey's Anatomy" season finale last night and this morning and it is SO GOOD!

There were so many great moments, but here are my favs:

1) Meredith realizing who the John Doe is. Ellen Pompeo is brilliant in that scene! You can watch it at YouTube. It's near the beginning of this video. I was hyperventilating right along with Mer on that one.

2) I also really loved Der and Mer's Post-It wedding. That is my kind of wedding—all about the promises and the relationship, not so much about the pomp and the legal paper. So much like being "married by the moon."

Then, of course, there were other great moments like ANYTHING Owen and Cristina-related, Arizona's angry crying fit, and that heart-wrenching moment in the teaser when we realize Izzy isn't as okay as she seems. (Ouch. That one really hurt.)

I can hardly wait for next season. I would hate to see either George or Izzie go. But sometimes these things happen. And it's the possibility of that tragedy that makes it so dramatic.
